Welcome to Simple Invoice! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our application.
By accessing or using the Simple Invoice app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.
Simple Invoice allows you to create and email invoices to your clients. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you input and for the content of the invoices you create.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simple Invoice and its licensors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the app without express written permission from us.
We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
In no event shall Simple Invoice, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any other matter relating to the app.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simple Invoice operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
